Chantell Preston, Chief Executive Officer
Chantell Preston is the Chief Executive Officer and a founding partner of Facilities Management Group. She has 23 years of experience in health care operations, project management and consulting services for numerous health care companies. Chantell specializes in the development and management of ambulatory surgery centers, freestanding emergency rooms and hospitals.
Prior to FMG, Chantell was co-founder and Chief Development Officer for Mentis Neuro Rehabilitation and Atlantic Health Group. Mentis provided cognitive and physical rehabilitation for traumatic brain injury patients across the United States. In 2015 Mentis was purchased by a private equity group. Atlantic Health Group developed and managed different types of healthcare facilities such as ambulatory surgery centers, specialty hospitals, acute care hospitals and radiation oncology. In addition to her role at FMG, Chantell serves as a Board Member for Remindtrac and Inception Fertility Ventures.
Chantell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. She is also an active manager and administrator of the West University Softball Association in her spare time.
Eric McLaughlin, M.D., Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Eric McLaughlin is the Chief Medical Officer and a founding partner at Facilities Management Group. In his role at FMG, Dr. McLaughlin serves as an expert in physician training and compliance, risk management, and health services marketing. His focus is to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction among patients, with an emphasis on service recovery and retention.
Dr. McLaughlin has been a physician partner in Elite Care facilities since 2009, serving as both a Medical Director and Manager. Additionally, He owns and manages Physician Acute Care Services, PLLC, an emergency medicine physician and provider staffing firm.
Eric is licensed physician in the state of Texas and is board-certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from New York Medical College.
Dr. McLaughlin completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine in Toledo, Ohio at the St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, where he earned their Humanitarian Award for his leadership and compassion in medical care.
Dr. McLaughlin currently serves as a board member for the Texas Association of Freestanding Emergency Centers, (TAFEC) working to ensure that all Texans have timely access to high-quality emergency medical care.
Richard Yount, J.D., Chief Development Officer
Richard Yount is a founding partner of FMG and serves as the Chief Development Officer. He previously served as Founder/CEO of several of the FMG freestanding emergency care facilities. In 2009 Richard joined the emerging industry of freestanding, privately owned and operated healthcare facilities that were dominated by physician owners and operators. Believing that it takes both business and clinical experts to operate successful healthcare facilities, Richard applies a novel approach to the management of his interests.
Richard completed his Bachelor of Science in Labor Economics from the University of Illinois and earned his Juris Doctorate in Accounting and Law from the University of Houston. Richard excelled academically, with the distinction of having earned the single highest score on the Texas Bar exam over a 5-year period.
Brian Orsak, Chief Financial Officer
Brian Orsak is the Chief Financial Officer for FMG. He offers his financial expertise to FMG facilities guiding them to success in billing, accounting and efficiency in processes. Brian is a long-standing entrepreneur with a passion for increasing enterprise value by foreseeing and implementing changes to provide efficient, quality medical care. In his career Brian has served in a variety of roles including operations, sales and investment services. Each of these roles gave him the expertise for his future as the Co-founder and CEO or both O2 Holdings LLC. And St. Michaels Emergency Center.
Brian holds a CFA Charter and a Bachelor of Science in finance and management from Houston Baptist University.
